Eventerator - A Tridion events system enumerator

Yesterday I lost an hour in the middle of a very hectic project because the events system on the Tridion system I was working on wasn't configured how I had expected it to be. That kind of thing can happen when you're working under pressure, and the only smart response is to tool up so that it doesn't happen again. Yesterday evening, I started on a script to check the Tridion CM configuration, and I've finished it off this afternoon. Of course, you need to specify what the correct configuration is, but beyond that it's automatic. The idea is that you group your publications together as "applications", each of which shares common requirements for events configuration. You can then maintain the list of required hooks for each as and when you work on it.

It's a Javascript file that should just run in a cmd shell on your server. You can download it here.

Enjoy.
